For every application, the clear advantages of using Cottatherm are due to
- cooling duration (extremely slow cooling of the plate)
- even cooling (the ceramic top works as a thermal regulator)
- portability (no power supply required during cooling)
*A unique property of PCM is that it can be set precisely to virtually any temperature between - 3 and +100 degrees Celsius and maintained there for hours. This technology is therefore highly versatile and can be used for keeping items cool or warm.
